PharGlass is an aluminium-plastic flip-off cap manufacturer supplying seals for pharmaceutical vials, cartridges and diagnostic containers. Caps combine an aluminium shell with a plastic flip-off button, giving a tamper-evident seal that is easy to remove in the clinic. We produce 13 mm and 20 mm caps in standard colours and support custom colour matching, logo hot-stamping and cleanroom packing for aseptic filling.
A flip-off cap consists of an aluminium cap, a plastic button and a sealing element. When crimped over the stopper, the cap holds the stopper in place, protects the stopper surface from contamination and provides a visual tamper-evident seal. The plastic button snaps off before the needle is inserted, leaving a clean access point.

Standard colours include blue, red, green, yellow, orange, white, grey and purple. Custom colours require a colour sample and a minimum order quantity. Hot-stamping can carry a logo, product code or dosage strength.
Caps must match both the vial neck and the stopper. We supply sterile glass vials and pharmaceutical rubber stoppers in the same 13 mm and 20 mm formats, so crimping dimensions and seal integrity can be validated as a complete system.
