2. Orders and Pricing

a) Quotation and Acceptance

Prices displayed on the Site are for reference only. Final pricing depends on order quantity, customization requirements, packaging, shipping terms (Incoterms), and market fluctuations in raw materials.
An order is not accepted until we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract confirmed by both parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

b) Payment Terms

Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the Proforma Invoice or Contract (e.g., T/T, L/C). Ownership of goods passes to the buyer only upon full payment receipt.

c) Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates based on production schedules and logistics conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, port strikes, pandemics).
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Zhengzhou PharGlass Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our express written permission.
Product names, logos, and brands mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China.
